Friday morning started with the workshop “Reflection of Active Citizenship in the Symbols of Coats of Arms“conduted by Lithuanian group.We started our workshop with the example of the EU coats of arms, which is not adopted yet though. The task of the workshop was to create their own coat of arms for the EU representing central values of the European community.
First of all, the students had to find on the internet the coat of arms of their town or village of birth together making a representation about the symbols of the coat of arms. Next step was to reflect on the central values of the EU and to invent a new coat of arms based on them.
The final step of the workshop was to design the coat of arms in the most beautiful way and to present it to others. The students made presentations of their coats of arms explaining to others the symbols representing the basic values of the EU – justice, tolerance, unity, integrity, freedom, diversity, equality, wisdom.

In the afternoon ,the evaluation sheets were filled by the participants.They stated their opinions about the two weeks they spent in Turkey.After the evaluation session is done,certificates were given the students by the lectures of different  countries .It was a chance to enhance  the idea of multiculturalism. Also ,a video created by the photos taken during the two weeks was  watched.It was like a nice summary of the two weeks.After the certificate ceremony ,a group picture was taken in front the congress hall as an unforgettable memory. The day  continued with the closing coctail.All the participants stated their good wishes to each other. And they expressed their thanks to Turkish group for their hospitability.
